The highly anticipated Olliolli World game was finally released in February 2022. This sports Adventurous video game was developed by Roll7 and published by Private Division. It is available on different platforms, including MS Windows, Nintendo Switch, PS 4 and 5, Xbox One, Series X, and Series S.

OlliOlli World is a continuation of the Olliolli game series. The game builds on the original Olliolli game by adding more content, updated graphics, and new gameplay elements (such as introducing power-ups). With this new release, you can expect more of the same great music and even more addictive gameplay, which makes it worthwhile to check out this latest installment of this hugely popular franchise. 

The previous games in the series were all 2D-platforming skateboarding games, but the latest game, to everyone’s delight, was created in 3D. Other new elements in OlliOlli World introduce elements new to the game series, including skating paths like pipes and quarter branches — it’s much cooler than it sounds when you play it. The entire game design is also different from others, as the developers moved away from the usual pixel to hand-drawn art design.

Anyone Can Learn the New Olliolli World Easily

The gameplay is simple and easy to pick up. The game can be played with a keyboard, but it feels better using a controller. At first, I felt like I was not going to be able to learn how to play within an hour, but I was able to figure out how everything worked in less than 20 minutes of playing. 

You can participate in numerous competitions, attempt different side quests, or complete missions. It’s easier to gain higher scores when you learn different combo tricks. You also get more scores when you skate on walls, rails, and other tough platforms.  

The game’s levels are a huge contributor to why Olliolli World is so fun. They all have different themes and varying difficulties, which keeps things fresh as you move along. This diversity and quality make it a game that can be enjoyed by children, adults, hardcore gamers, and casual players alike.

The system introduces every new thing in such a relaxing manner, and you won’t even know that you’ve learned so many new things. The tutorials are seamless and easy to understand. They start from the easiest campaigns to the most complicated ones like grind switching and late and flip tricks. Due to the simplicity of the tutorial, I was able to learn all the tricks at a gradual pace. Hence, I could mix every trick with my regular flow without missing a step. Although the tricks are amazing, what I love the most about Olliolli World is the freedom it gives players to do whatever they want.

You Get Free Passes When You Make Minor Errors 

If you have played any of the earlier games in the Olliolli franchise, you’ll understand how frustrating it is when you get punished for the tiniest mistakes. Thankfully, Olliolli World makes things easier by ignoring some of those mistakes. I set myself up too early for a flip trick one time, and I expected an instant punishment, but it never came.

Also, I landed side-on after rotating in the air and expected an automatic crash, but I only got fewer points than I would have gotten without the mistake. I even completed my combo in the end. You can easily reset your game to the last checkpoint if you want to replay a trick. You can also hold the reset button for a few seconds to restart the run.

The greatest thing about Radlandia’s design is that almost anyone can enjoy the game, no matter their skill level. When playing Olliolli World, you get many traveling companions that make exploration fun and engaging. You can take on different challenges with them, learn new routes, unlock new modes, and many more exciting activities. 

Beautiful Views and Amazing Controls That Will Have You Mesmerised 

The first thing anyone will notice about Olliolli World is its attractive colors and graphics. It gives the entire game a cartoon feel that simply draws you into the game. The character creation is like every other Olliolli game—beautiful and lively. Only this time, you get the 3D view which is way cooler than the 2D version. 

The basic mechanics of Olliolli are pretty simple: you skate around, try different tricks and skills and get to a goal, or complete different challenges. You can move or turn left or right, jump, roll, skip, etc. Olliolli World gives you enough room for freestyling. Gravity is your friend, but try not to fall aside — it reduces your points.
